• 200 gms Sorrentina Spaghetti Originale
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1-2 tsps olive oil
  • 2-3 medium tomatoes
  • 200 gms fresh bocconcini
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Fresh basil leaves, as required
  • Blanch the pasta in a pot of well seasoned water (Please follow the instructions printed on the pack). Make sure you reserve some of the pasta water for the sauce.
  • To make the sauce, deseed the tomatoes and cut them into big pieces. Add this to a large bowl.
  • In the same bowl, add hand torn bocconcini pieces, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil. Mix well.
  • Add pasta to the bowl and toss well.
  • Serve hot!
