Made using 100% Durum Wheat flour that are sourced from expert growers across the land, our range of pastas have a rich yellow colour and are made using a traditional bronze dye that give an extra textured pasta allowing it to hold more sauce per bite.

Our dried Pastas are made using 100% Durum Wheat Flour, a traditional Italian recipe and a bronze dye cut giving an extra textured pasta that holds more sauce.
We recommend painting our Chifferi pasta with a creamy alfredo sauce or a mildly tangy Blush Pink sauce.
