  • 2 packs, Sorrentina’s Quattro Formaggi Ravioli
  • 200g, Sorrentina’s All Purpose Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp- Chili flakes
  • 1tsp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Water, for boiling
  • Parsley, to garnish


      • Bring salted water to a boil for the ravioli.
      • Add ravioli to the boiling water and blanch it for 3 minutes until it rises to the surface.
      • Take the ravioli out and set aside.
      • Heat the All-Purpose Tomato Sauce in a pan and add some of the Quattro Formaggi pasta water to it.
      • Add chilli flakes to the sauce and cook until it's bright red.
      • Next, add ravioli to the sauce and toss for 1 minute.
      • To serve, take it out on a plate and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and chopped parsley.
