Shipping and Refund Policy
MUMBAI- DELHI-BANGALORE:
- You can enjoy same day delivery for all orders placed in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru if the orders are placed before 4pm. In case you’ve placed an order after 4pm but require same day delivery, please reach out to our team on +91886698576 and we’ll try our best to deliver your order at the earliest.
- Made to Order products such as our Dessert Trays and Snack Boxes are only prepared by our chefs once we’ve received your order and therefore take up to 48 hours to be delivered.
Once our Vespa is on its way to your location, we’ll be sure to send you an update on your mobile number via WhatsApp.
PAN INDIA:
As all our products are made fresh, there may be instances in which we’ve run out of stock, which might delay your order. Certain unforeseen factors such as traffic, weather or other conditions might also lead to a delay in your order delivery. Our constant endeavour is to provide you with a pleasurable delivery experience and should any of the above circumstances arise, we’ll be sure to notify you via WhatsApp.
Shipping Charges:
For order up to a value of INR 1000, we levy a nominal shipping charge, which will be automatically added to your order summary at the time of check out.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- As our products are made fresh, perishable and temperature sensitive, any products with a manufacturing defect or that was delivered beyond its expiry date will be exchanged at no additional cost. In order to help us address any production issues on our end, our team may request you for images of the product in question to be sent via email or WhatsApp and we appreciate your cooperation in this regard. - In an event where your order has not been delivered or only a part of your order has been delivered, please reach out to us on +91886698576 and we will be happy to deliver the missing items to you.
- Should you have any concerns around the quality of your product or missing items in your order, we request you to contact our team within a maximum of seven (7) days from the date of placing your order to facilitate and exchange.
- In case you are unhappy with the quality of the products you have ordered, please reach out to our team with your concern on +91886698576 or support@sorrentina.in and we will reach out to you within 24 hours to address your query. In case of any production fault on our end, we would be happy to exchange the product for you
- No refund/return of Products shall be entertained by us for any third-party claims.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Once your order has been successfully placed on our website, we will not be able to cancel your order. Should you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our team on +91886698576 and our team will get in touch to understand your concerns
- Should you wish to have your order refunded, please reach out to our team on +91886698576 and our team will process the same only in case of an unreasonable delay in delivering your order. In case of any damaged or expired products being delivered, we will exchange your product as per our exchange policy.
- If any product from your order is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund* for that product will be initiated or replaced with another product of your preference
*Refund will only be initiated for the unavailable product, not for your entire order.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for any refunds processed to reflect in your bank account as refunds are processed by our banking partners and may take up to 7 days to reflect in you original mode of payment. - In case you wish to get a refund for your order for any of the below mentioned reasons, we will be unable to honour the same. Please reach out to our team on support@sorrentina.in for any concerns.
- Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer.
- Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises.
- Refusal to accept products.
- Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.
- Force Majeure Event.
- In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.
