How do I contact the customer service team?

Where can I find my order number?

In case of a successfully placed order, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message from us containing your order number and the items in your order.


When will I receive my order?

For orders placed in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, all orders placed on our website will be delivered to you within 24 hours. For PAN India orders, the orders will be delivered in 7-10 working days.


How can I check on the status of my order?

In order to know your order status, you can contact us on support@sorrentina.in or call on +91 88669 88576 between Monday to Saturday 9AM - 7PM. Our customer service team will be happy to help you.


The items delivered in my order are defective/ damaged/ incorrect

If you receive delivery of a package from us and any item has been damaged in transit / is defective / is incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team on support@sorrentina.in or call us on +91 88669 88576 between Monday to Saturday 9AM - 7PM and we will try to resolve your issue at the soonest.


When will I receive my refund?

Any refund initiated by us will be credited to the source account from which the payment was made within 5-7 working days depending on the third party aggregator’s policy.


What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can contact our customer service team. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 5-7 working days after we receive a confirmation from the bank. This is subject to the third party validation on the payment failure.


Can I have my order gift wrapped?

If you are ordering for someone else, you can choose to have your order delivered in our special tote bags instead of our delivery box. You can also add our Festive Gift Tag to your order.
