Neapolitan 4-Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients

2 packs, Sorrentina’s Quattro Formaggi Ravioli
200g, Sorrentina’s All Purpose Tomato Sauce
1 tsp- Chili flakes
1tsp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Water, for boiling
Parsley, to garnish

Preparation

Bring salted water to a boil for the ravioli.
Add ravioli to the boiling water and blanch it for 3 minutes until it rises to the surface.
Take the ravioli out and set aside.
Heat the All-Purpose Tomato Sauce in a pan and add some of the Quattro Formaggi pasta water to it.
Add chilli flakes to the sauce and cook until it's bright red.
Next, add ravioli to the sauce and toss for 1 minute.
To serve, take it out on a plate and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and chopped parsley.
