Ingredients

  • 2 packs, Sorrentina’s Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli

  • 50g, Butter
  • 2 sprigs, Sage leaves
  • Salt, to season
  • Pepper, to season
  • Water, for Pasta 

Preparation

  • Bring salted water to a boil and blanch the spinach ravioli for 3-4 mins until they rise to the surface.
  • Take the spinach ravioli out and set aside.
  • Heat half the butter with sage until it's slightly brown in a pan.
  • Add a quarter ladle of the pasta water to the butter and then add your blanched spinach ravioli.
  • Sauté the spinach ravioli on a medium flame for a minute and take it off the heat.
  • Add the rest of the butter (cold) and toss the spinach ravioli.
  • Lastly, season the sauce with pepper and salt if needed.
