Who doesn’t love lasagna? This Italian superstar dish comprises flat pasta sheets layered with dif-ferent fillings and tons of cheese. In fact, nearly every region in Italy has its own version of this leg-endary preparation. Instead of the more popular super-loaded lasagna, we’ve come up with a sim-ple, 3-ingredient version. With just a few basic Italian staples from Foodhall and Sorrentina, you can now bake an authentic Italian lasagna, from the comfort of your kitchens. Here’s how.

  • 500gms, Pasta Sheets
  • 1, Sorrentina’s Truffled Mushroom Sauce
  • 150gms, Parmesan or Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper for seasoning



  1. Buy a packet of pre-made lasagna sheets. Make sure they’re not broken
  2. Individually blanch the sheets in boiling water for 15-20 seconds
  3. Place them on a cloth and allow to chill
  4. In the meantime, assemble a bakeable container (Preferably an oven-proof Borosil container)
  5. Start the layering process by assembling a lasagna sheet at the bottom
  6. Layer the sheet with a generous amount of Sorrentina’s Truffled Mushroom Sauce
  7. Top it up with parmesan or fresh mozzarella cheese
  8. Repeat the layering process thrice, in order to create 9 thick layers
  9. Bake this in the oven for 30 minutes, at 160 degrees
  10. Cut and serve or enjoy by spooning it out directly from the baking dish
