• 1 Olive or Pomodoro Focaccia
  • 1 Sorrentina’s All-Purpose Tomato Sauce
  • 10gms Fresh Jalapeno
  • 10gms Fresh Basil
  • 60gms Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese
  • Slice the focaccia into thick slices (around 3mm wide)
  • Toast one side of the focaccia
  • To the toasted side, apply a generous layer of Sorrentina’s All-Purpose Tomato Sauce
  • Sprinkle it with fresh basil and fresh jalapenos
  • Add to this some fresh mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Drizzle it with olive oil
  • Bake this in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees, for 7-8 minutes
  • TIP: Serve this alongside a fresh rocket salad
